Rules of accommodation and use of hotel services at the hotel "Klever"

These rules establish the procedure for booking, accommodation, accommodation and provision of services at the LITTLE ROCCOON hotel, as well as the procedure for paying for hotel services.

I. General provisions

1.1. These Rules of accommodation and use of hotel services (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") at the Klever Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") are developed on the basis of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2020 No. 1853 "On approval of the rules for the provision of hotel services in RF".

1.2. The following concepts and definitions are used in these Rules:

• Hotel and Hotel services used in these Rules have the meanings defined in the Federal Law "On the Fundamentals of Tourist Activities in the Russian Federation". At the same time, the composition of other mandatory services included in the Hotel Services is determined by the requirements established by the Regulations on the classification of Hotels, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2019 N 158 "On approval of the Regulations on the classification of Hotels", depending on the type and category of the Hotel.

• Consumer - a natural or legal person who intends to order or order and use the services of the hotel.

• Booking - the process of ordering by the Consumer of the main and (or) additional services of the Hotel in a certain amount in order to use them within a certain time frame;

• Guaranteed Booking - booking a room in the Hotel, in which there are legal obligations for accommodation between the Hotel and the Consumer. Booking of the Hotel is guaranteed by prepayment of at least the first day of stay, made no later than one day before the date of arrival of the Guest. Payment is made by the Consumer after receipt of confirmation by the Hotel of the reservation. Prepayment is made by non-cash bank transfer, or by cash or non-cash payment (bank card).

• Non-Guaranteed Booking – Hotel booking where payment is made by the Guest upon arrival at the Hotel. In case of non-guaranteed booking between the Guest and the Hotel (before the Guest checks into the Hotel), no obligations arise. A non-guaranteed reservation is kept by the Guest until 16:00 local time of the specified day of check-in at the Hotel. After 16:00, if there is no feedback from the guest and his check-in is not confirmed, the obligation to place the Guest by the Hotel terminates, and the accommodation is subject to availability.

• Individual Booking - Booking less than five rooms at a time.

• Group booking – booking five or more rooms at the same time.

• Early check-in – the arrival of the Consumer at the Hotel from 00.00 to 14.00 of the day of arrival at the Hotel.

• Late check-out – departure of the Consumer from the Hotel after the check-out time (12:00 local time).

• Daytime – the guest's failure to arrive at the booked time, which entails the collection of a fine, in accordance with clause 4.8. these rules.

• Guest - an individual who is the direct recipient of the Hotel Services.

1.3. The operating mode of the Hotel is round-the-clock.

1.4. When specifying time in these Rules, local time is used.

II. Order of residence

2.1. The hotel provides the opportunity to stay with hourly, daily payment and at the rate of 12 hours. When paying by the hour, the minimum number of hours of stay is 2 (two) hours.

2.2. A room or a place in the Hotel is provided to the Guest upon presentation of an identity document, which is included in the list specified in the rules for the provision of hotel services, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 9, 2015 No. 1085. The Guest is checked in upon presentation of a document certifying him identity, namely: passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation, birth certificates for persons under 14 years of age, military ID for conscripts, passports of a foreign citizen, temporary residence permits for stateless persons, foreign citizens with a national passport, visa or visa residence permit, migration card (except for citizens of the Republic of Belarus).

2.3. Registration of residence of minor children under the age of 14 together with their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, guardians) is carried out on the basis of a birth certificate of a minor and a document proving the identity and authority of the legal representative. Registration and check-in at the Hotel of minor children under the age of 14 years without legal accompaniment will present
