A 12-hour hotel stay in Moscow and Krasnogorsk

Your train arrives in the morning but your meeting is not until the evening. Or you need sleep after an overnight drive before continuing. Klever offers a 12-hour rate for stops like these.

The stay is counted from check-in. If an 08:00 arrival is agreed, the 12 hours end at 20:00 that day; a 22:00 arrival ends at 10:00 the next morning. Confirm the exact start and finish when booking.

How it differs from an overnight rate

You book a room for a fixed period, rather than paying for each individual hour. If you need less time, ask about the price under the hotel's available rate.

Overnight accommodation follows set check-in and check-out times, while a 12-hour stay starts at the agreed arrival time. Compare both with your schedule. An overnight booking may be more convenient if plans could change.

Facilities depend on the room. Read the category description and confirm essential features before paying. A short stay does not determine the room size or bed type.

Choosing a location

For arrival by D2 rail or a stay near a Krasnogorsk station, consider Klever at 21 Vokzalnaya Street, near Pavshino. For metro journeys around Moscow, consider 57B Baryshikha Street, near Pyatnitskoye Shosse.

The hotel at 6 Volokolamskoye Highway is an option for Krasnogorsk or Crocus Expo. Choose around your next destination: you will still need to get there after resting.

Why the arrival time matters

A date alone is not enough for a short stay. Reception needs to know when you will arrive and until what time you need the room. A category available overnight is not necessarily available from 08:00.

Contact the hotel with your date, arrival time, guest count and preferred category. Confirm the total price, payment arrangements and meals. Breakfast included in overnight rates should not automatically be assumed to be part of a 12-hour booking.

If you need longer

Notify reception in advance if your plans change. Staying longer depends on available rooms and an agreed rate. Do not assume that any number of extra hours can be added at the last moment: another guest may be booked after you.
