Group accommodation in Moscow and Krasnogorsk
Finding several available rooms is only the beginning of a group booking. Everyone needs suitable beds, the dates must match the itinerary, and reception needs to know who arrives first and who handles payment.
At Klever, a booking of five or more rooms counts as a group booking. This refers to rooms, not guests. Agree availability and group arrangements with the hotel in advance.
One coordinated request
Choose one person to collect preferences and communicate with the hotel. Separate changes from individual guests can make important details easy to miss.
A short table is enough for the first enquiry: dates, guest count, rooms and beds required, and payment method. List separately anyone arriving earlier or leaving later.
- How many single-occupancy and shared rooms are needed?
- Which rooms must have separate beds?
- Are children travelling, and how old are they?
- When will the group arrive, and by what transport?
- Are breakfast at a particular time and company expense documents required?
Choose around the group's itinerary
Klever at 57B Baryshikha Street is in Mitino near Pyatnitskoye Shosse. Consider it if participants will travel around Moscow independently.
The hotel at 21 Vokzalnaya Street, near Pavshino, is an option for D2 journeys and stays in Krasnogorsk. Teams working in Krasnogorsk or exhibiting at Crocus Expo can also compare the hotel at 6 Volokolamskoye Highway.
If everyone must stay together, make that clear. Availability across the hotel group does not guarantee enough rooms in one building for the entire trip.
Payment, changes and confirmation
Before paying, agree the deposit, balance deadline and cancellation conditions. Ask what happens if one guest cancels or the group becomes smaller. The person arranging the booking should understand these terms.
Check the final confirmation for the hotel, dates, room count, beds and total price. Read the hotel and booking information, including links to the complete Russian rules.
Arrival day
Send reception the latest room allocation and the group contact's phone number. If delayed, one call with the revised arrival time is enough. For a coach, agree a drop-off point and parking beforehand: an ordinary car park may be unsuitable.
Breakfast is included in overnight rates. For an early group departure, discuss serving times in advance.
